I recently clocked 23, I've been into P, later to M and now PMO for 11 years. It has really affected my being, my relationship with others especially my girlfriend, nothing seem to interest me. I waste valuable time PMOing, I've lost good relationships, it even cost me personal growth! I'm really glad I found NoFap, I hope to get better here...

Hey man welcome to the forums, You may not realise it but you have taken a big step already, admitting that you have a problem and trying to do something about it is always one of the hardest things to do. It might not be easy to change old habits but dropping pmo is definitely worth it. We're all rooting for you man, good luck on the journey and if there is anything you need help with you have but to ask.
Welcome! You can do this, my friend; stay strong and keep logging onto NoFap for support. Read posts, and feel free to contribute your own responses and posts. There is a journal section in case you want to make use of it, which I encourage. There are challenges to keep you going. Lots of tools to help you are available here; you just have to look. Good luck!
There is a section called "Reboot Logs." It has age groups and categories in which you can post a log. Go to Forums at the top of the page, and then scroll down. For me, I post in the 40+ years old category, for example.
It's quite comical, and depressing, how much we lose due to preferring to waste time drooling over pixels rather than experiencing life. All we can do is get over this hump and never look back
