    Hey
I too started watching porn at age 12. It's been 6 years now and I realized that the porn was ruining my life and 3 years ago, I started to fight the additction. Now I have a streak of 55 days without pmo.
Simply put, you have to stop watching porn and don't expect it to be easy and don't try to rush it. Watching porn is like stabbing yourself and you will end up depressed. If urges is a big problem for you then you should try to improve your sleep because the majority of people don't put much effort in their sleep schedule. An alert brain can resist urges much better.

You have to realize what you need to do to overcome this additction on your own but there are people her on nofap who can be supporting and keep you motivated.

    Have a nice day!

Hey brother. The important thing is that you have realized PMO is ruining your life and have come to this community for help. Now you just need to stay consistent with NoFap and eventually you will get rid of this addiction for good. And yes I know that this lock down makes things difficult, but that's no excuse. You can do amazing things during this time. Think about it. The world has stopped for you. This is the time for you to try out new things (by staying home of course). Try out that new hobby which always interested you but you weren't ever able to do it because you didn't have a lot of time. You can gather knowledge. Read books. Listen to podcasts. Distract your mind as much as you can. But you will always have urges. There's just no way around that. That's when your determination is tested the most. Be patient and you will definitely beat your addiction and make your life better. Stay strong. We are with you. :emoji_thumbsup:
