Feeling lonely without girl

Hi! I'm not a therapist but I'll help you like a friend if that's ok with you.

Loneliness definitely strikes all of us, especially when we're weak. Showing and accepting this sign of weakness though is ok, it tells us we survived and that we have broken our limits. These limits are being pushed further and further and thus you change into the person you want to be. Basically, feel the weakness from loneliness and accept them. Be happy with it like many bad things and that's how you feel peace, that's how you focus on other parts of your life.

Just because you don't want a relationship doesn't mean you can talk to girls or make friends that are girls. Remember that you have the power to say no. No is not negative but expressive of who you are. People will accept no and if they can't, all you have to do is comfort them. Everyone loves hugs anyway.

Finally and maybe most importantly, envision yourself in 4 years. Then envision yourself of the years leading up to that 4th year. Then envision yourself of the months between. To create your life vision, tell yourself who you are, what you love to do and what do people want to remember you for. Then tell yourself how you will get there.

These 3 points may seem a lot but I promise you, we're here to help with any trouble you have. Also, get an avatar profile picture. A lot of us will be stuck here a while, whether recovering or helping other with the addiction. Yet, I know at the end that we will finally beat this addictio
