Hello guys im starting nofap

Hello im Kaanapka and there's my story:
I started watching porn when i was very very young. I was doing it every day! Recently i undesrtand that im very shy i dont have girlfriend and if i wont do something it wont be good. So i started nofap but it my Best streaks were 3-4 days. Once when i was in mountains i started mu streak Just like before. But that streak was much longer. I hit 24 days for 1 time. I was feeling great but one Day when i arrived to home i went to toilet. But then i Just list with my addkction and relapsed. Now im doing 4 days max again. Thats shy i joined that forum.
