I was going through something similar to u, I'm 14 and trust me, I know what it feels to sit down wanting to study and ur focus just gives up on u, your focus will improve and eventually will be normal, but for me that was when I quit, for me it was around day 103, but it depends how bad u were addicted, I've been addicted for 2 years and pmo'd every day 1-3 times, until u quit I have some tips for u
1- don't do anything "fun" before studying, like YouTube or any of that
2- keep away distractions, (the sound of just a phone notification can ruin an intense focus session
3- practice, the more u sit down and try to focus the more ur focus will improve
4- have everything u need around u, from tools to snacks, so u don't need to stand up and move around and cut ur focus, as focus needs some time get intense

Also know that optimum focus can't be reached unless u quit, while it can be good, the best one is when u quit,

It is such a nice post.
Firs of all I agree with others that you are lucky to recognize porn trap when young and escape early.

Read carefully these pieces of advice and apply them and I promise you that you will improve your focus significantly and achieve the highest marks in school.
1- Drink plenty of water especially during reading. Up to 8 litres distributed over the whole day. Your brain loves nothing more than water.
2- Eat fruits & vegetables and honey daily. No junk food at all as this slows down brain activity.
3- take short breaks every 45 minutes. The break should not exceed 10 minutes.
4- Do NOT play video games during the semester. Do it on holidays
5- Sleep well at night. Never stay up late as it is very damaging to your brain.
6- Turn the information you read into questions and try to answer them without looking at the page.
7- Read silently.
8- Study in a well lit room.
9- sit comfortably while reading.
10- Study in a very quiet place.
11- take notes while reading.
12- Write summaries of what you read.
13- Switch off TV and smart phone while studying. Ensure that no distraction.
14- Postpone difficult stuff and start reading easy stuff in order not to get discouraged.
15- Finally, quit Porn and masturbation as they are significant hindrances to a long bout of uninterrupted concentration.
