    hi im happy to join this community
    been exposed to porn from as a child by some magazines left out of place. been struggling with this for some time now without any real lasting freedom; frustrated because i know that PM is a bad thing and has very negative effects on your body and brain chemistry etc. i really need a reboot in order to move on with a wholesome life.

    thanks. i must say though my situation in prime for PMO .
    i am a divorcee, live alone and have a high stress job with 90% women.
    but i am determine and even more encoucorage to fight this addiction that has plagued my life
    since ive become a part of this community. some of the info is new to me and i am working with it one day at a time.
