    I havent fapped for 3 weeks and when I did it again today I came but my penis wasnt even hard! Is this a sign that i still have premature ejaculation?

    In my opinion there can be many things, dont try to examine this. It can be just a flatline, or pied or just exhaustion. Stick with the process you will be better soon!
