Day 45 and I'm feeling great. I think my testosterone is going crazy. I started biking mid quarantine and would cramp out at 7 miles originally. I started nofap 45 days ago and I've been biking three times a week and yesterday I was feeling the testosterone buildup energy and hit a 44 mile bike ride and still had gas in the tank when the route was over.

Granted I've probably built up my cardio but I don't think I would have had that motivation and mood/mentality to go biking that often during my porn fapping days.

Speaking of motivation and energy I've just been more productive with my time. I've been spending my days researching stock market trading. Don't believe I would have done that when I was just spending my days playing video games and fapping(low energy). Furthermore I'm up early at 6am to get ready for the stock market to open which is crazy considering most days of quarantine I only woke up at noon from playing video games and watching porn late. And it's paying off I just made $1,200 in my second week on the market!

Less depressed, less anxious, more energy, increased motivation, and way stronger boners(hell yea). I can't wait to see what the next 45 days has to offer. Grass is definitely feeling a little greener on the other side.

  2. That's really cool man! Keep going. But be aware of the flatline, it can hit quite suddenly and you'll lost all your energy. But you should know that it is temporary and will go away. Some nofappers don't have flatline period at all!
Good luck! Fight for the next goals

    Thanks for the kind words.
Regarding stocks: You need at least 500 dollars to get a decent start off with IMO. I use the robinhood platform for trading. I have a onenote journal where I take notes down on topics from each youtube video I watch about stocks. And you start off with a basic video(what are stocks?) and you gain knowledge but more questions(how do i trade stocks?, what patterns should I look for?,etc). Find videos to answer those questions and write down notes.
There are different routes when it comes to stock trading and you figure out which one suits you best(long term trading, short term trading, etc.) Good luck!
