    I haven't masturbated in two weeks, it was difficult time and now it's coming back again i have masturbated for atleat 4 times this week, how should i stop it??plss i need help i want to get in exercising.

    Go for a jog. Do 10 push-ups and 5 sets get some dumbbell and do some arm arm lifting for 5 min. Then take a cold shower

    I know this is Nofap and I would like to quit masturbation as well. But quitting porn is way more important IMO. Porn is so destructive. Men have been masturbating for thousands of years and while I do believe that lust is a sin and it’s wrong I think many people bite off more than they can chew especially early on by trying to quit both.
