New hope

    Hi guys,
    I'm Philipp from Germany, I'm 28 years old and today is the day I introduce myself to the nofap-community with the hope and focus to get my shit together and quit watching porn. I consider myself as pornaddicted at the moment and I'm now aware of this issue for more than 5 years.
    My aim is to quit porn: I'd like to start with shorter periods of time and reach the 90days marker. As I sit here now my long-term aim is to quit porn forever, but one step at a time I guess.
    My reasons and motivation for this reboot and focus is manifold:
    - bring more joy, peace and freedom in my life
    - find healing with the underlying issues and learn to love myself pure and unconditional
    - get the energy and strength to do the things in life my inner compass, my soul shows me
    - gain more integrity for myself and live the life I think and talk about

    I would be glad to find community, maybe friends in here, find inspiration, strength and commitment from and with you guys who go the same way.
    So if you guys like to start my nofap-membership with the first reboot challenge with me tomorrow, give me a signal. ;) I would be glad about it. :)

    Welcome, I hope you find the support and tools you need. I can tell you this forum has helped me through several hardships. I highly recommend journaling for starters. Also youtube can provide some informative videos. Anyways, good luck. We are here if you need.
