One month I quit porn one time in my younger years. And when it was my birthday it was for 30 days. So I have been on and off my porn habit. I don't think it is that big of a struggle for me to quit it, I mean, I have done it before and I know I can stay on the ON mode for a very long time now. I have a clue on how to do it and my spirituality helps a lot too. It makes me feel closer to by believing in a higher power.

My best is continuous 5 years without any explicit content and fapping. I was addicted and failed many times. I relapsed in May, 2016. After that, I am again addicted now. Now, my best is only 10 days.

Oh yes, back in the good ole' days with those team challenges. They helped me out a lot, got me to the current streak I'm on. Still no where near your longest streak lol. Getting there though, one day at a time

I stopped counting during my very long streak because I thought it was impossible to relapse but I reckon my record was around 10 months!!
