The nofap journey is very difficult..

    Ohh gosh!!
    Is hard to explain. Im being a porn addict for about 10 years. Somehow, i have been feeling depress because of not success with women. I realize the problem i had was my porn addiction, i realize i explode my sexual desires in my computer screen daily without realizing that is the reason i have not success.

    I found the community nofap lately in the month of may and is a constant battle im being having myself with staying away with porn.
    I feel i made some progress in not doing daily as i used to. Now it dropped to probably 3 days a week.

    Now the difficult part is i just relapse this morning i made as far as 4 days believe or not is hard for me to make it a weeks.
    This relapse came down three times this morning, the urges were soo strong. Now im feeling really bad on myself on how can i get back up. My motivation to continue just drop.

    Need help guys!!!

    Focus really hard on the first week. That is the hardest part. But don't give up, and don't hate yourself.

    Just start again on NoFap. Do exercise. Do push-ups and buy some dumbbell. Avoid all laptop. If you get any urges step out the house and go for a walk.

    It’s very very hard. But keep this in mind- anything that is really hard to accomplish usually has a very good payoff.
