    I just finished a book called the porn trap, I got in on amazing for about £7. I'm sure this has been posted before on this forum as it's so helpful. And let me tell you, I've never felt so understood as do now having read it. Half of it is dedicated to addiction treatment and advice and it's written by 2 established sexual therapists. If even one person reads it, this post will be worth it

    Power of your subconscious mind by joseph murphy is also an amazing book. Its definitely a must read.
