i am on day 55 of no P and day 10 of no MO, after i Masturbated if was in flatline for a week on day 7 i had a nightfall and after that my urges increased so much, so much porn flashbacks and i was hard everytime porn flash back came, i was even feeling blood flow even looking a womens faces , i was very hard not to mastrubate but i didnot do Masturbation, this continued for 3 days but now i have suddenly feel my urges are gone, and i am not getting hard
