I relapse the farthest I ever reached.

    I'm a porn addict for about 10 years.
    Ohh well, I found nofap on the month of June and I decided to take nofap seriously.
    Porn addiction has been a struggle for me.
    I recently block all access to porn.
    I was able to reach 10 days which is a big achievement for me.
    Blocking all access to porn helps for everyone who is struggle on this.

    Yesterday I relapse three times. :(
    Is sad for me I loss all the progress I made.
    I reach my lowest point on myself because i lost myself on this.

    I just relapsed for over three years; but I'm back. It's the same for you, just pick it back up again man.

    Going 10 days your first attempt is actually quite good. The next time you'll find you can go further then the next, further, before you'll know it you'll reach the 4 month mark and wont even notice. Dont beat yourself up, the fact you're taking the effort to self improve should make you feel proud, not ashamed. Not many people have the guts to do that or give up entirely the first attempt and basically piss their lives down the toilet cause it's easier.

    The main piece of advice I can give you is learn to relax in discomfort...take cold showers in the morning, not hot, eat healthy, blander food, no sugar, salty foods, alcohol, in other words, dont make yourself feel good without effort (no external stimuli). When you fap, you're pushing a magic button to make you feel good. Dont do that in every area of your life. That's how you break the pattern.

    I want to be free of porn and start experiencing my life in full potential.
    being stuck in a computer screen for 10 years and fapping almost daily makes me realize how much i miss in my life.
    I want to be free of this addiction. I will not stop and continue towards something better. :)
    I havent being in a relationship for about 3 years, need to experience this again.
    I dont want to be alone and one of the main factor of me not being in a relationship is porn.
    Porn degrades me on not to look for women since I'm on my computer screen. Now I need to stop this and find a freedom on myself.
