    Im a 14 y/o on my 1st day again aftr months of relapsing
    Im doing everything to take care of myself
    From exercise to eating fruits and a balanced deit ,grooming ,cold showers,novel reading ,playing guitar,cycling and so many activities
    My ques is if i do these along nofap days can it make me as good looking as a film star?
    This is primarily what i want!
