    Hi everyone! I am 37 years old and I from Russia. I am very happy that I found this website and hope that I will be able to overcome my addiction. I just want to say and apologize that my English is not good and most likely I will make a lot grammatical and semantic mistakes. I have been using porn in various forms since I was 12-13. I think porn has a significant impact on my life and I have always wanted to end it. But I did not know how. This will be my first experience of participation in any forums/ groups and I have high hopes for help. I want to choose a pmo for 90 days although this is probably too ambitious.

    I am 23 years old, I explore this website, I thought let's try to challenge my instincts because this thing is destroying me internally and I am depriving to live a life as a normal person without this stuff which isolates you from social stuff. I often tried to stop this thing, last time I was able to complete more than 30 days which was the best days of mine, my confidence was up to the mark. While I started this thing again which brought me into the same place where I was hooked up with that sort of stuff, again I am feeling bad and powerless. The important thing is that I have to stop that stuff so I am challenging my self for 30 days again, hopefully, this time I get rid of this thing permanently.
