I have Ed for past two months and sometimes I get hard while other times I can't and I have noticed that it's all about blood flow because after taking an Ed drug I feel much better like a constant blood flow for 2 days but after that my problem returns . Why is this happening? I think I don't have venous leakage or something like that because Ed drug is working fine for me. Also I have hard flaccid issue while standing, my penis feels detached from my scrotum. If someone is facing the same issue please do reply to this thread. Because I get nervous everytime I take that pill of thinking what would happen after 2 days and to be honest I don't want to be dependent on such pills and I want my natural ability back

"I have ED for the past two months"
You don't "have" ED yet, but you're definitely making something that's making you head there.

If you don't have diabetes or extremely high pressure/cholesterol, if you haven't had a surgery in the past few months in the area, and if you weren't born with a dysfunctional penis, the causes of your ED are in your brain. It is EXTREMELY unlikely that you have a physical problem, but if you have any reason to think you have diabetes or an injury of some kind, you could try seeing a doctor. By the way, if you had a serious leakage, ED drugs wouldn't be working well on you. They work amazingly well in us, simple porn/masturbation addicts. All seems to indicate it's a problem in your brain.

Masturbation and porn will slowly make your penis dysfunctional during sexual intercourse. If you continue that way, you will even notice that you find it more and more hard to get a full erection, even when watching porn. That was my case, and I ended with a completely dysfunctional dick, until I stopped masturbating. With ups and downs, it's kind of become my standard (I had a reset this month, but I was practically cured during my 90+ days streak).

The more addicted you are to porn and masturbation, the harder it will be for you to get your erections back, and to stop watching porn and masturbating. If it's only been a few months you have noticed this, you're lucky. Go through a reboot of at least 3 months, and you'll be new again. It worked for me, it should work even better for you.

The same applies to many other drugs, but if you use them to cover the symptoms, the real cause of your problems will keep getting worse. Not only will you become more and more dependent on the "patches", but the drugs will also eventually stop being enough ( ; _ ; )

Hello, I am from Colombia, I would like to know if someone happened to him the same as me, I practiced penis pump and combined it with masturbation and ejaculatory control, one day I endured the desire to ejaculate a lot and from there come my problems.

PS: my symptoms are lack of erections at night, lack of morning and involuntary erections, I have to think about a very deep fantasy or talk to a girl that I like a lot to have an erection, without masturbation of the rest I have to masturbate and watch porn to have an erection and sustain it, because if I don't grab it, it goes down, they become weak, I have cramps in my penis, the symptoms increase with stress, before I had a lot of turtling, now it only gives me when I go to the bathroom to bathe, the symptoms They get worse when I'm standing for a long time, sometimes I don't feel my penis, I feel my testicles more than the same penis and my penis feels short, sometimes I feel as if it were cut in half as if from the hip down it was another, I have constipation, low back pain, pelvic pain, tailbone pain.

To top it all I have always suffered from the pelvis, when I trained the pelvic floor in the gym I did not feel any of this, once I stopped training, I only trained the muscles above, the stress of university and a traumatic event that I had full of stress Also, 2 weeks later they started to give me these problems

I wish I came across such a post 10 years back.
I always thought it was Venous leak or some physical problem.
Kept pmo'ing for next 9 years with pied and pe.

Hoping for a recovery. Jus been abstinent from porn for 1.5years. pmo 10 months and pmo-wet dreams free for 3 months.

Yet i still feel asexual. No sign of libido retuning nor random erections and still weak nocturnal erections despite taking daily ed pill to boost my morning wood.

Most times am hopeful. But at times I feel like am a lost cause. Feels like am fucked beyond any repair.

  9. I get this. I stopped P for a while before MO too, then controlling the mental side of things started happening. It's been a while, but I think my reward system's quite far gone - which probably has a lot to do with how I was 'raised', along with my own later behaviours. I think the key is taking away sources of easy pleasure and getting used to not having them. If you introduce ascetic practices into your life, you'll appreciate the small things more. The more you discipline yourself, the more pleasure small things will bring you. It's not enough just to quit PMO, it has to be a total change in the way you live your life.

Well I know what you mean.
I have been learning three musical instruments for the last one year.
And new languages. I love them and they are as difficult as they can be but rewarding after a long and arduous practice and learning.
Mentally am feeling better but physically or sexually there is jus no sign.

  11. On the PAWS threads, some guys say it takes up to 2 years for physical recovery. Be patient and kind with yourself and see what happens. Don't get discouraged or frustrated, because you're still making subtle progress the whole time.

Thanks for the kind and uplifting words my friend.
I have not disclosed abkut this to anyone and I find solace only in this community.
It means a lot to me. Thanks again.

How long have you been abstinent? And how long was your addiction?
Did you have pied? If I may ask?

  14. No bother - I'm glad!

My story's quite extreme. I grew up with a gay identity, but it unravelled at some point, and I've been through hell trying to work out who I actually am. Things are much better now - it took more than a decade of deciding to turn my life around to get here, but I'm still in the same position as you are, physically. Yesterday I was spending time with a girl I get along with well and have a lot in common with, and I could feel that something was trying to happen down there, but no dice. But even the sensation that there was an attempt at activity is huge for me, which should tell you something about how effed by soul was at some point.

I haven't been counting and I can't see my counter, but whatever it says on there was the last time I MO. P was a few months before that. I'm working on elevating my thoughts now, which is challenging. Being active physically and being around other people seem to help, along with exercise, diet, cold showers, etc. (I'm taking a lot of caffeine and sugar at the moment, but it's because a lot of other things are going on and I'm not going to stress myself out over small stuff. It's a marathon, not a sprint).

Just keep going and put little ideas into practice when they come to you. It'll be good to see where we both are in a year!
