    Unfortunately, one porn ad was enough to get me started. One led to another and I relapsed. Feels really bad.

    It’s ok man I had 150days this year and relapsed. Now I’m struggling to go more than 2 weeks at a time.
    I think it’s important to recognize growth and just roll with the punches. This is by far my most successful year in the last 6 but I’m still not free so I must continue.

    i am on day 106 and i want to M badly.it is crazy how my brain wants a fix.should i do it or should i not do it is the real question.

    i was talking on the phone with a distant cousin(F) and our convo steered towards sexual jokes and taunts.it was crazy luckily phone got disconnected and i am left dry
