Yo I’m sorry for what you’ve been going through, I hope you can recover from those issues. I was in the same boat as you but I told myself I had to change. The best thing I did was turn to God and commit myself to him. Once I did that it felt like he was fighting the battle for me against porn. Not only that but I no longer feel empty inside because he’s there in my heart, and it makes me feel like I’m loved, cared for, and protected. Have faith brotha!

just know this u cant start this alone or if you are it is hard find someone first than go for nofap but no pmo make it only 1 time in month rest yourself and u can fight with everything ok? be strong And YOU ARE STRONG so do it but share love too do not prison yourself to nobody no girl ok? have fun all the time and go for nofap forever but no pmo u can do it in 40 days its ok until than if u can go for walking in sun
