the chronic relapser

    so constantly i am relapsing around for 4 months. i was really on good recovery 143 days, then pandemic arrived then lockdown . i am worrying a lot because i am just 20. may my wife cheat me in future and also feel lack of masculinity and strength, many time i was embarrassed by relatives and friends because of nice guy traits. it's also inside my brain i think so far as, after reading book no more mr nice guy , i am doing very poor in academic and also going through a neurological problem. i am victim of csa( child sexual abuse) also talk to a councillor but didn't get till today satisfactory result. I've watched porn today and masturbated. my parents are aware of my problems they support me but they also worry a lot about me i think my family has also have problem. so what should i do, because currently the biggest stress in my family is the i am addicted to pmo and pandemic creating more problems and giving restriction to go out and maintain social distancing etc. i am here on nofap for more than 3 years but still stucking there please help and support me i really need it . how to protect self as for great addiction of pmo . I've no girlfriend and no experience of real sex. suggest and share your best experience to stop it and break the cycle.

    Friend, you will definitely quit this addiction. I know. You just have to follow some tips and change your routine. Wake up early in the morning. Start your day with little exercise and meditation. Read some books. Listen music. Play some sports daily as it will freshen your mind. Don't think extra about your future that your wife will cheat or you will face problem in future. Leave your past behind because you can't change it and don't think about future as it hasn't come yet. Live in present and enjoy it. Spend more time with your family and friends because they are worrying about you. Help your family in household chores. Stop pornography. Meditate to control your mind.The above mentioned tips seem simple but they are effective.If you follow them, you will definitely get results.
    I also have a forum named "lets beat the addiction together" where we send daily updates about ourselves. You can also join it. Start a new streak from a fresh day.     thank you ben how you keep yourself away from smart phone, laptop and other electronic stimulation because i can't throw my smartphone. anyway to minimise the electronic stimulation.

    I use mobile only during work. I don't use social media sites and internet much. I try new activities in this pandemic. I learn to cook with my family. I do painting. I'm learning programming. I spend time with my friends in garden where we play some sports.These things keep me busy all the day so that I can' use my mobile phone much.
