Constant Pain - Help Please

    Hi All

    I’ve been without porn for a couple of months now and NoFap for about 5-6 weeks.

    The past two weeks I have been in near constant aching pain in my balls and around my old boy. It’s currently only getting worse.

    Exercise and cold showers only helps during those activities, it just comes straight back afterwards.

    Came so very close to wanking in the shower today but stayed strong.

    has anyone else been through extreme blue balls last weeks?! This does not feel right!!

    What you're describing sounds like a good ol' case of blue balls. Likewise, for anyone reading this and experiencing this issue, I wouldn't be too concerned.
