Hi everyone! nice to meet you all. I am very excited to join NoFap community. I am a 22 year old male completed my MSc. I have been using porn and doing masterbation since i was 17. After some months it becomes addiction. And because of this habit my academic performance in school and college is quite weak. And that's reasons i want to start NoFap challenge.
