You said that beard grows because of Nofap and you have used that study that testosterone increases day 7+(which implies that it increases after day seven).But if it holds for beard then it will hold for muscles to and yet we don't see a lot of bodybuilders recommending NoFap .Why is that?The extra testosterone would be really useful for them.
when you first started NoFap did u noticed excessive hair fall (from your head) around the 3 week mark? (its what i have right now) if so how long did it take to go away and are there any preventative habits i could make to reduce the hair loss?
I doubt it. It's genetics. Does having regular sex slow down hair growth then? Your body doesn't know whether it's a hand or a counterpart sexual organ that's causing O. .
I also experienced increased beard and chest hair growth when on a long streak, didn't notice any difference to head hair though.
