Hi everyone my name is Scooby I'm 22 years old. Currently doing my graduation. When I was 12-year old I started watching a porn movie. I'm not aware of whether it was right or wrong. But as the time passed and I learned more about the started becoming aware of the right information and got to know that this thing largely has demerits, but that time I got addicted and I was knowing this is not good for me but was unable to get out of it as it was difficult and became a part of my daily routine. So I started searching researching on this topic because I wanted to talk about it but there was no one with whom I can share my thing, my story and then I found nofap community where people with the problem join and help each other to get out of it and here I am posting my first post.

I want to get out of this addiction, I'm planning my first goal to be kept is 21 days and at start improving I'll be increasing the days maybe 90 days.

    Day 1:

I wake up at 8:06 am a morning. I failed because I made a plan last night to do meditation in the early morning. I want to proofs my self. I want my better version of myself....

In life, I'm where nobody supports me. Hahaha. My family started to ignore me:). This hurt me a lot.

Congratulations man! You’ve completed the first step: you’ve acknowledged your problem and started to work towards solving it. Welcome to NoFap.

This journey can be really tricky, as I myself have failed many times. But the key is to remain steadfast and never give up because IT IS POSSIBLE! So many people have shown it here that it is possible to get rid of PMO addiction.

It’s great that you have set a small target. To achieve it, you’ve got to bring small changes to your lifestyle, like spending some time to think about WHY you actually do PMO and when you’re the most vulnerable, meditating to improve mindfulness, building a sleep routine, posting here about your progress etc. You can also join events and challenges here that have been a really good motivating factor for me. You should also read the success stories here!

Knock me anytime if you need any help. The guys here have been really helpful all along. We’re all helping each other reach to reach our ultimate goal, that is to become a stronger person with great self control and to become a good, sensible human being.
