No, that is not a relapse. The idea of eliminating our addiction is to have normal sexual relations with a woman. It depends on your goal. If you are going hard mode and giving up PMO, then yes you orgasmed and so it is a relapse. If you are just giving up PM, then no it isn't. I don't know if I'm making sense to you. Also, if you are participating in No Nut November, then that means you are not supposed to orgasm by ANY sexual conduct at all. It really depends on what programs you are participating.
