60 days complete but now an alcoholic

    Hy friendz I've completed full 60 dayz of no PMO but eix now I drink alcohol too much since i nolonger experience any stress( due to PMO free)so I'm worried that alcohol will delay my progress

    K thanx dudes I will deal with this one too I can't be controlled by a dead thing(alcohol) cause now I wanna reach 90th day in peace and I will definitely do that I bet with my life

    No it's sorted I'm on day 67 now and I didn't drink yet I've decided to avoid alcohol aswell

    I'm no expert, but find something positive you enjoy doing. I play tennis, go to bible study, read books, and race RC cars, and all this stuff got more interesting (sounded lame before) once I started weaning off PMO.

    Yeah it's a bad decision but I'm controlling myself I do it sometimes maybe once after 2 weeks and now I completed 90 days of no PMO
