Hi everyone, I seriously need help with tough erections. I’m experiencing ones that last for over an hour, and I have tried many things like cold showers, walking, doing push ups, and many other things. I still have them and they are annoying because they remind me of many things related to PMO or fapping. Any ideas?

I posted this in a different section, but I'm posting it here hoping I could get quick replies. Thank u all!

Lol I know it’s not a bad thing to have erections, but I don't think having them in this way is a good thing, and it’s really not fun to have them this way.

Multiple orgasms are painful sometimes because of the porn flashbacks, or anything that turns on. We can't let those thoughts linger.

Run. Do it when you get boners, and make yourself a schedule so that your body prioritizes sending blood to your legs and not your dick.

I’m rebooting and my erections are painful.

What do I do when I have too much sexual energy?

Try to think of other things like gross things that can help you to go back to soft, and dont be over 4 hours erect too.

I'm still having this issue and I'm really disturbed of it, and I really wish someone who has experienced my problem will speak up and help. Thanks.

I've not actually experienced this condition, but it seems to be similar to a condition known as Priapism. It supposedly signifies some underlying health condition, in relation to high adenosine levels.

It depends on how long the condition lasts, as to its severity, but if it lasts for around 4 hours at any one time, then it should be treated as a medical emergency, and it requires urgent medical attention.

In your case, the problem seems to happen for less than 4 hours at a time, but it has happened on regular basis, over a period of time, so you should get it checked out by a medical professional, to find out if there are any underlying health condition causing it.

Supposedly though, you can get some temporary relief from it, by drinking lots of water, doing some light exercises, or going for a walk, or a light jog.

You shouldn't have a cold shower, or put anything cold on it, when it happens, but instead have a warm bath or shower instead, as heat might help it more than cold.

Some over the counter medications supposedly help as well, such as...

    • Sudafed : 4 x 30 mg tablets (Don’t take extended-release or long-acting tablets, such as Sudafed 12 hour)
    • Benadryl: 1 - 2 x 25mg tablets

Hey bro! Don't worry about your erections, it's normal you have them that way. It means you're a healthy dude. In addition, maybe you could have the same condition I have, once my doctor explained me that our body is like a lot of "wires" connected to the brain from every organ we have, and sometimes these "wires" are kinda making a "short circuit" for many reasons (injuries, inflammation, genetics, etc ) so what's gonna happen is your dick will be turned on, literally. Also he told me the only thing I could do is to be grateful for having such an active cock lol and just chill. And so I did and no more anxiety about it man, just enjoy it
