Burning sensation inside penile tissue after starting nofap

    Once in a while, especially when at night or when i am laying down, i feel a cold sensation in my penis, and a burning or a heavy like pressure numb feeling inside the shaft of my penis, on the left side at the middle. It doesn't happen always, but it's there almost daily i can feel it for some hours. Mostly at night.

    Is this normal?

    I personally have never had that, but that doesn't seem normal. I'm not sure what to do about it, maybe wait for a few days?
