    So fustrated with myself right now.

    Was just edging to pornhub and lost control.

    Will now do full PMO with dopamine detox

    Day 1 beings tommrrow friday 13th

    To enter in a porn site and look at a video is already a big relapse
    Put some porn restrictions apps or safe search.

    Thank you man what kicked this chain reaction off was reading a story on the news somewhere about this hot as teacher being caught having a porno account. I got curious and google imaged her and it went down a long slippery slope i couldnt get out of

    I can't imagine losing 5 months.
    I'm on 8 days and it feels like an eternity.
    Longest streak since I started abstaining from PMO was probably 3 weeks and that was like a year ago.
