    Hello to the community!
    Im a 22 years old male, who has been struggling with porn addiction for about 8 years. Just this year i realize that im addicted to porn, so its been really difficult and lonlenly to fight this alone.
    Just wanted to introduce myself, and i will be happy to read your comments.

    Good you joined. Yip it is a lonely journey sometimes, I know. But just remembering that there are other people out there who want to make positive changes too is a big help :)

    I'm a new member on NoFap I joined yesterday.
    I started NoFap since a year ago but without a community or telling anyone.
    Doing NoFap with others helps alot.
