So today after 31 days ,i just relapsed at 3.24 pm after seeing almost 1.30 hours of porn.porn is just a like a drug, i want to leave porn forever.I will never give up and this time ,i am taking oath to not seeing any porn stuff,semi nude girls,etc.
I don't want to discourage you or anything, but I wouldn't use an "oath method" ever, cause it can blow in your face with a multiple-fold hit, if for some reason you slip. Then not only you might feel bad for having a slip, but you might also beat yourself up for breaking an "oath". It's better to just try your best to gradually come out of this and not put excessive pressure for slipping. The pressure might make it MORE difficult to give up, not less. But that's only my advice, you do what you want.
