My nofap system (no bullshit)

    My nofap system is as follows:

    1. Not watching porn
    2. No porn substitutes
    - google images
    - instagram
    - facebook
    3. No active fantasizing
    4. No touching penis (unless in shower or toilet)

    I already deleted my social media and I banned myself from google images because I used to look up women with huge tits and big asses on google images and bullshitted myself that this was not porn. Yeah it is buddy.

    I wish you all the best! I'm entering the 139th day of my countdown(11-day streak). Anyway, I'm much happier. This time I decided to just erase porn from my brain and everything that triggers me sexually. It's so different this time and I think I'm gonna succeed.

    One thing I did was reject Google as my search engine. I changed my search engine to Swisscows (silly name for a search engine but it works). Swisscows is a family-friendly search engine. Whatever images, videos, or webpages you wouldn't allow your five years old to see, those will NOT show up in any form on Swisscows. Take a look at this search engine located at www.swisscows.com. Other than that, you're doing great! I suppose you could TRY turning on SafeSearch on Google but I've heard some triggering photos have come through. Good luck.
