First, beating yourself up over a relapse will not help you. Secondly, please take some time and figure out what caused you to give in to the urge. Then devise a plan to make sure it isn't a problem for you anymore. Another thing is to remove any chance of looking at porn and fapping to porn. Delete all porn and porn bookmarks from all your devices. Download porn blockers for all your devices. If you can identify your triggers, then you can eliminate them. This addiction is a constant fight but that doesnt mean it will always be hard! Im close to 4 years in this fight and this gets really easy as time passes even though i have some relapses(say every 100 days or so- idk i dont count days anymore i just have a counter and i check it out when i remember to). Patience is the key and dont obsess with this. We become more by doing more not by thinking more!

 

31 days is a good start bro.. Just keep hopping back on that horse.. If ur genuine and sincere eventually ur brain will adjust and youll get that momentum and rhythm going..

 

You are lucky 31 days is good, I only managed 14 days so far, I cant get out this loop of gaming and fapping.
