Hi guys. I want to make positive changes in my life this year. Usually i go about 4 days without porn then the thoughts I have lead me back to pmo. Porn has wasted a lot of my time and made my relationships rather difficult. I want to go ninety days to rid myself of the addiction. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Good luck on your journey. Four days sounds pretty familiar to me. After I set up all the blockers on my phone I changed my background to a picture that would remind me of why I’m trying to change. Its a Christian knight defending the cross for me, maybe find something that will remind you before you start falling back into the old habits. You’re not alone, there’s plenty of us with similar stories out here.

  3. Welcome to NoFap!

It’s 2021 and this is my 4th day of without porn and masturbating. I am willing to challenge this year without watching porn and masturbate to porn so that I can remove my addiction and stay away from PMO. I downloaded a VPN app called Blocksite which it blocks all websites like porn websites so that I don’t relapse this year and not resetting my goals this year. As far how I’m avoiding to masturbate to porn is that I charge my phone in the tv stand in my room and not charging my bed so that I don’t trigger to turn off my VPN to watch porn and masturbate at night in my bed. If you don’t want to get addicted to watching porn, download a blocker app on your computer or your phone called Blocksite so you can stay away from porn.
