Help with something Weird

    So guys for some unknown odd reason

    I Ejaculate randomly when I am awake.
    And I usually don't have thoughts about sexual stuff yet my body still ejaculates.
    Like when I am sitting in the bus I can feel it getting stronger and the boom
    It happens sometimes

    Also it interferes with my sleep. As I always feel like I will burst at any second now


    Is this natural or should I go see a doctor or what might be wrong
    I haven't touched myself

    Nor watched any content

    Hey there,
    It might be wise to see a doctor. I'm sure it's nothing to be worried about but a doctor will know more than us regarding the root of your problem and how to treat it.

    I don't think that sounds normal...Book yourself in to see a GP or a urologist. I've never had random ejaculation without simulation (except wet dreams).
