Depends on your motive. Many people on here who just want to ditch porn and erase that from their life do choose to have sex during their abstinence from pmo. After all, nofap is precisely about cutting ties with that which is not real, i.e. artificial arousal through pixels on a screen, and moving towards a meaningful and fulfilling relationship with your sexuality. So it's actually one of the goals to experience arousal from human contact again instead of videos of other people going at it.

The only "harmful" thing I could think of is that for some people it's just too difficult to separate the two (pmo and sex) at first. So even a real life sexual encounter and orgasm will lead them down the rabbit hole of craving porn again, wanting more orgasms / dopamine, etc. That's when it's wiser to go hard mode for a while; i.e. absolutely no release, neither through (p)mo nor through sex.

If you're 1) not being overly promiscuous / using sex in excess to make up for the lack of pmo, and 2) able to abstain from pmo even after sex, then it should be fine. Ultimately, only you can tell.

 

It depends what you mean. If you're getting/giving STD's without knowledge then YES. If you having orgasms tends to lead to you relapsing, then yes (in the context of trying to stop PMO), but that's open to debate I think. If morally "harmful", then NO, not unless you're trying to deceive (or are being deceived) somehow.

 

Depends on your goals,having sex is not a problem,but if you want to abstain from everything and want to do the semen retention then you cant have sex,like - Sir Isaac Newton,Nikola Tesla and Leonardo Da Vinci did the true semen retention

 

If you have it with a person of trust and emotion, not harmful but great
