20years old newbe

Hi everyone my name jacspero I'm 19 years old currently doing graduation,I started watching porn when I was 13 years old,I was not aware whether it was wrong or right,but as tha time passed I learnt more about this I started becom aware of the right information and got to know that this things has demerits in a large way but till that time I got addicted and I was knowing this is not good for me but not uneble to get out of it as it was too difficult and become a part of my daily routine , so I started searching and researching on this topic because I want to talk about it but there was know one with whom I can sear my things , my story and then informed no fab cummunity where people whith same problem jon and help eachother to get out of it and hear I'm posting my first post
I want to get out of this addiction, I'm planning my first goal to be kept is 21 days and I started improving I'll be increasing the days maybe 90 days
