Today I will not use porn because I want to be more emotionally healthy and free from guilt and shame.

 

Today I won't use porn because... I've made promises to myself, and the only way out of this quietly desperate life I've sunk into is through faith in my plans rather than my momentary feelings.

I have been cheerful, optimistic, happy, positive, on top of my game at work and looking forward to life. If I use porn I will slip back into the downward spiral of guilt shame and more porn! Please help me God because I feel vulnerable and losing my grip!
