    When you are first starting depending on how addicted you are it might be difficult. You might have the tendency to watch porn after just less than a day in. If you are a teenager like me you might have more urges because of puberty. Thats all normal as long as you do the following:

    - Delete all social media. Making sure you delete all these apps off your phone and stop using them for the first few weeks. Make sure to delete snapchat, instagram, twitter. You can easily look for light porn on these apps and they are often found on the explore pages or on stories of people.

    -Keep yourself busy. this is very important. if you are an introvert and you like to stay at home you should try and leave the house a lot more often. this keeps you busy from distractions. Such as taking a walk every morning or going to play a sport or seeing a friend. You should try and be very active. Make sure you take atleast 10,000 steps a day. so you have no time for porn

    -Take cold showers. Cold showers are a must. They help you feel stronger. and you can take them at any time of the day. I like to take them in the morning to help me feel prepared for the day. make sure you dont bring your phone to the bathroom to prevent a relapse or urge. You can start taking cold showers with warm water to clean yourself then after 3 minutes in you can slowly make the water cooler.

    -Workout
    If your gyms are open in your area make sure to get a membership. If not you should start working out at home.
    Working out increases your muscle gains making you look better and making you a lot stronger. You can purchase dumbells at a local walmart or online. But if you are just starting out you can workout with no equipment. Pushups help you build a strong chest and helps your muscles grow. Try doing 10 of them a day and increase by 1-5 reps in each workout. Make sure to workout atleast 4 times a week for better gains.

    I wish you good luck on your journey. Make sure to write down why you are doing Nofap. this is also very important. make sure you know the risks of excessive masturbation. It can cause Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejeculation and can make you lose muscle. If your goal is to be more confident, smarter, better looking i recommend you to avoid masturbation and porn
