Hey guys so I’m 170 days without porn!!

Brief background:
Doing nofap to get rid of fetish and gain attraction to normal sexual experiences. Did no P+M for first 90!

so I am so proud of myself because I’ve watched no fetish porn which was my main goal! Really feel myself moving away from it. However I do still have some dreams about it and get fleeting thoughts.

WHAT I’VE LEARNT:
- Dating apps are dangerous because although I was mad attracted to the sight of people and skin after nofap, gym pics and stuff on dating profiles were exciting but I’m almost desensitised to them now after being on the apps too much which I’m scared will carry over to my real life experiences.

- I’ve had about 3 sexual encounters now and each time I’ve gotten hard snd finished but getting hard was still difficult to begin with. On the second go I was so anxious about meeting and I feel that had a role to play because even when I haven’t been anxious in the past even before nofap I’ve been able to get hard when the pressures off after a few dates. On the third time however it went from about 5 mins trying to get hard to 1 minute and actually getting some sense of enjoyment outve it and losing myself in the action for once!

- masturbating!! Don’t do it I wish I had known but u keeping that testosterone and that cum helps u rewire and the mad good feelings u feel when u start up again are there to help u rewire.
