No P did not help, but no PMO helped because I realised the problem was with pelvic floor

    1. I had symptoms similar to a lot of people mentioned on this group,
      - weak morning wood - erection only to touch - DE
However, I could have sex(sometimes with 70-80percent erections) in certain positions after being physically stimulated by my girlfriend.
After giving up PMO, within the first two weeks I could start getting harder morning woods and could get 80percebt even by fantasizing.
My case is different because I did give up porn entirely for a year with zero benefits, however on giving up masturbation I started seeing changes within 2weeks and then gradual changes over the next 6months.
I conclude that my problem was poor masturbation technique where I excessively used kegels to get rock hard (in reality kegels are only used to ejaculate).

Over my journey of NOFAP, I also did kegels to accelerate recovery as suggested by many on this group. However I feel that it has made me worse and left me with a hard flaccid (I was already predisposed because of my poor masturbation technique). I can still get erect without stimulation but the spontaneous and morning erections are gone and I have a cold glans with Hard Flaccid when standing or running.

Can anyone help me get out of this? I FEEL MY PIED RECOVERY IS COMPLETE BUT NOW I NEED TO GET RID OF HARD FLACCID TO BE FULLY SEXUALLY FUNCTIONAL

  2. Giving off porn is not the be all and end all and will not cure all your problems with sexual dysfunction. If you went off porn and you didn't see any improvement then you should consult an urologist. and also you should go on with your life and accept the condition as it is.
