Anyone cured of Hard flaccid, pls help

    No masturbation helped me gain my erections back, and it made me realise that for me the problem was hard flaccid due to poor masturbation technique (excess kegels to stay erect).

    Just abstaining from masturbation has only gradually cured the hard flaccid, and not fully
    What else can be done?

    Yes, I'm also interested to know the relevance of leg day. It's leg day for me today so if it's true it's very good news. Any tips on how to take advantage of leg day for boner purposes?

    I’ve found leg day to helpful. From my experience, alternating HIIT training 3 times a week with leg stretching and body weight training on off days has had the biggest effect.

    best way to attack the hard flaccid is with a wholistic health plan. Get 8 hrs sleep, drink sufficient water 8 glasses or so, mix strength training with HIIT and leg stretching. Don’t forget that developing loving relationships with a family or friend or even doing kind things for strangers will help significantly. Your body will be rebound quicker this way. Also forgive yourself.

    i was realize it when one day i was watching porn but my P is not hard just flat, im so curious and panic start to jerking off and im relapse without having an erection... also idk why but some time my p is sometime leaked idk if its a pre cum or pee but its scary man i mean im not 50 yo but i have this problem

    leg day is exercise focus on your lower section of your body, the famous exercise for these is squat

    leg day often missed/forgotten/skipped because of how harsh the after effect and its a no fun exercise to begin with

    but the result of that exercise is huge man, like it boost your testoterone (yes we as a coomer lack of it), and more importanly it help to strengthen our lower body muscle parts which essential for a real sex...

    leg day fix our lower muscle while nofap fix our brain problem ...

    but if you want to begin your leg day exercise please be careful to pick what exercise your doing,,, leg day its a no fun exercise to begin with do not add some injuries cause of false exercise

    I always consider leg day important. One reason is that I dont want chicken legs, Iwant a properly developed body. Second is that testosterone production research.

    I have only started doing squats, and I do 75 squats in total...of 25 squats each time. Is this enough.?/

    idk man it seem to much, i mean i barely do 15 for 4 reps of squat. you said u only started doing squat my suggest make sure the form is proper one, if ur form is good then add some weight like a dumbell

    and also u can add some variation on it like i do some bulgarian squat is hars af , lunges etc

    Forces the penis to hang outside of the body

    Depending on anatomy if lying on back almost half can sit inside the body

    Probably not good for blood flow and everything else
