I just passed 90 days and on the 90th day, with my own permission, agreed upon weeks before hand, I busted out an orgasm, on my back, no porn. Wee, that felt good. Then to work, and so on.

I have those but I shut them off. The problem is I have personal relationships with two of these women, meaning long emails back and forth over time,

Just got an email alert that M has sent me two messages. I am not going to check until Saturday morning. Saying it publicly. I love NoFap for this reason.

 

Ok, I made it. But almost didn't. In fact I gave in and signed onto an account a few hours before my deadline, but I forgot that the password for that account is saved on another computer and I couldn't log in. This was harder than I thought. "If a man checks an email address and he doesn't have the password, has he really checked the email?" I wasn't going to fap, I was just going to pay attention to this one woman I really like. But one thing leads to another, and best to just stay off the account until it's appropriate.
