  2. It is a powerful addiction, but one that you can break. You need to be committed to the fight.

  3. I have decided to post at least once a day and stay active in the forum. You are todays lucky winner of my advice I guess. Read a success story daily, get accountability partners, learn something new about nofap every day. Post on other peoples posts. Get involved in the community. Some key components to success is to increase your willpower, your whypower is even more powerful. Good reasons will save you when willpower is low. Accountability will make you think twice about relapsing. Work on accuiring as many tools as possible. Go to AA meetings if you want to. Be creative. Turn every stone. Read success stories, watch ted talks, get advice from the people who have made it to 90 days and beyond. I am one of them. I have the reciepe even though I need to start all over again. But me replying to this thread is a way for me to get back in touch with the community and eventually succeed myself. Hopefully I can help a few people while I am at it too.

Okay, well let's be completely honest about this addiction. None of us are forced against our will to watch porn or porn substitutions and masturbate. Yes, this is an absolute addiction, and as such, should never be seen as something we simply shouldn't do. It needs to be recognized as an addiction, and as such, something we need to absolutely stop doing completely. No, of course its not going to be easy, otherwise it wouldn't be an addiction. But four times in one day? Maybe you should look at how much effort you're really putting into beating this addiction and how badly you truly want it.

    Just my two cents.
