My brain is trying to trick me

    Today I had a dream I was waking up at 7 and quickly masturbating before going on with my day.

    Then I woke up at 7 and realized it was a "nightmare" ... my brain is trying to use my routine against me now. Btw I rarely masturbated in the morning.

    The other day was trying to convince me that if I masturbated without using my hands it technically wasn't masturbation o_O

    The subconscious mind doesn't play by the rules... I get a lot of sexual dreams like that and they make it hard for me to keep streaks. The only way is to keep trying, and never give up!

    I experienced the same thing. It happened at the first time I crossed over 100 days streak. It was unbelievable during my 20 years of my addiction. Then a sexual dream showed up. It was so real and it knew what are my preference in sex. I was scared because there was a girl who offered sex in my dream like these shits I've watched in my whole life. In my opinion, it is the kind of an evil spirit who does not want me to be free from being a slave of lust and sexual immorality. Then I woke up and felt the urge to masturbate. I didn't win this time.

    Just don't give up. Take that as a lesson to do better next time.
