Haven't posted in years and already asked this question on the subreddit earlier with no answers, hopefully getting some advice from someone here.

My idea is to deal with premature ejaculation and last longer overall. I probably abused masturbation and normal kegels on and off over the years and i think it worsened my tense pelvic floor.

Literally two strokes and I'm done. So i guess it's quite severe.

My guess is, apart from cutting pmo, maybe doing only a reverse kegel routine without affecting the quality on my erections.

  2. I think you're barking up the wrong tree. Orgasm is a phenomenon of the mind, not the nether regions. Try thinking of a math problem while in the act and see if that slows the climax. The more intensely focused you are on the endgame, the quicker you'll arrive. Focus away from yourself to your partner. There are, of course, certain techniques that are helpful as well. Patience is helpful, and can include stopping and waiting for a minute to allow the excitement to dissipate before continuing.

Reverse kegels--how would one even do such a thing? If possible, I would think they might lead to incontinency, which is definitely a road you'd rather not take.

Kegels and reverse kegels have their benefits if you have a balanced routine. Incontinence and loss of erection happens when you overworked your muscles. It's scientifically proven and has been reported that reverse kegels relax the perineum and surrounding muscles, whereas normal kegels tense up your muscles.

In my book it's not a big of a deal - I'm also not planning to do it for a lifetime but rather for a few months of working it out and observing how my body responds.
