You just gotta find better ways to cope with stress. Try picking up meditation. Go for a run or hit the gym, go take a cold shower.

Urges are very short term, they seem like they will never end during the moment, but give it 5-10 minutes they will subside. It is very normal to have your mind tell you reasons as to why you should release, sometimes it tells you that you can't fall to sleep if you don't fap. It's all about identifying the excuses your brain will come up with.

I hope I have reached you in time before you relapse, but if you already have, no big deal. Pick yourself up and go again!

 

What kind of stress are you getting from outside… is this work stress or is just purely on not having to fap??
