Here's to hoping that the thread name is not confusing. If it was then I apologise in advance.

So the reason why I'm posting here is because I want to put my addiction to PMO behind me. I stumbled across the Nofap subreddit the other day and when I heard there was a website, well I couldn't sign up fast enough.

I mean finding out that there is a community out there filled with people who are going through there same thing as you it gives you hope you know. Knowing that you're not alone and there are people out there who can relate to you makes you feel that maybe not all is lost.

I've tried quitting porn for quite some time now and well it isn't going great, but I totally get that this is a process and that things are not going to change overnight (Sigh, but a guy can dream.)

The reason for posting this thread was mainly to ask you guys for some advice on things that can make this journey more tolerable I guess. (A starter pack if you will. SMH, did I really just say that.)

    Anything would be appreciated.

Anyways to anyone who took their time reading this thread thank you and I hope you had a great day (or have a great day depending on where you are in the world.)
