Ukrainian guy who did 2,5 years of nofap and then relapsed. Remarkable story!

Hi, everyone! It's truly magnificent that I can share my story with you all. I'm from Ukraine and I'm 17 years old.

People who remarks are remarkable ones. That's my way of seeing things and that's why I chose this kind of nickname Remarkable.

I have a journal in Russian on a Russian website (antio.ru). That site is also dedicated to a porn addiction problem. I've registered on this forum to, first, share my story and recovery tools and, second, to improve the English language. Probably, that's the best way of learning

My way looked like that:
— Having trouble with this addiction;
— Made attempts to beat the problem but was bad at this;
— Made attempts and was a bit better;
— First 90 days and then 2,5 years. Freedom;
— RELAPSED. I was so devastated by this that for several months couldn't regain the freedom. I'm really in trouble here;
— Did 60 days of nofap and relapsed again;
— Registered on the Russian forum that I mentioned. So I got an insight how to get rid of this bad habit and it worked out. I also read around 10 books about a porn addiction and addictions in general. Now I'm 5 months free from the addiction and working on my recovery method.
